Hi there!  I've been a people pleaser all my life because making others feel good made me happy.  Plus, I enjoyed the praise of doing something right.  I just never realized I had started down the road of some very bad habits.

Can you relate?

Cut to 10 years of spinning my wheels in life, I knew something needed to change.  I read books, took classes, studied with various coaches and mentors which allowed me to slowly gather the knowledge on what I needed to do differently.  But often times, those teachings were overwhelming and a major life hack that I'm known for when I do public outreach for NASA, is how to simplify complicated systems and ideas.

Allow me to guide you through what I learned so you can finally focus on your priorities without the FEAR the comes with being a people pleaser.  I'll be along side you as we navigate the confusing waters of why we do what we do as people pleasers.

I'll be giving you 4 steps to start gaining your power back:

1. Define what’s happening around you.

2. Investigate why you're trying to please that person in that scenario.

3. Bounce every "Yeah, but!" mindset thought you have against a new belief.

4. Solve the situation by choosing to keep your power while still accomplishing your goal.

I look forward to working with you!
